Simulation Lab Spaces
The Simulation Lab brings together all Barnett College of Public Health programs under one roof in Paley Hall. Previously spread across multiple campuses with a narrower program focus, the lab now serves as a central hub for interprofessional training across nursing, occupational and physical therapy, nutrition, social work, public health, and related disciplines.
Spanning nearly 22,000 square feet, the facility is designed to represent the full continuum of care—from routine outpatient visits to acute hospital treatment, recovery, and community-based prevention.
The Simulation Lab features exam rooms for outpatient encounters, inpatient areas for hospital-based care, EMS and bedside skills labs for hands-on practice, simulated community spaces for public health and prevention activities, and debrief rooms for guided reflection and feedback.
Tours of the Simulation Lab are available and do not require a request form. Tours may take place during scheduled simulation sessions, with accommodations made to avoid disrupting ongoing activities. If you would like a tour, please contact us at cphsim@temple.edu.
