How to Request Help in Classrooms

To request technical assistance while in a CPH classroom, press the Request Help button. Then press Confirm.

A member of the support team will respond to your help request by first speaking to you through the panel. If they can not resolve the issue remotely, a technician will come to your classroom to assist.
