Request for a Phone Number

Faculty, staff, or guests who work at a university‑owned property can request a new voice line or change existing service/telephones by completing the Office Landline Telephone form.

Note: Temple University Voice over IP (VOIP) phones require an active internet connection.


Help Requests

To request general IT support, please submit all requests through the Help Desk at TUhelp.temple.edu.

If you prefer to speak with someone, you can:

Help Desk Hours (when semesters are in session):
Open 24 hours a day from Sunday at 10:30 a.m. through Friday at 5:00 p.m.
On Saturdays, the Help Desk is open from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If the TUhelp website is unavailable, you may also email cphhelp@temple.edu directly to create a Help Request.
