Scheduling Your Simulation Session

To request a simulation, submit the Simulation Lab Request Form (cph.to/simrequest) Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance, though timelines may be adjusted as our processes evolve.

Here’s how requests will be handled:

Once submitted, our team receives an automated notification.
We review each request to confirm availability of space, equipment, and staff. If we need additional details, we’ll reach out.
Once approved, sessions will be scheduled in both our system and SIMStation, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the session details.
If a session cannot be supported due to conflicts or other issues, we’ll contact you directly to discuss alternatives.

This workflow ensures clear communication, proper documentation, and smooth delivery of every simulation session.
