Simulation Lab Schedule

The Simulation Lab operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extended or weekend hours may be arranged on a case-by-case basis to support classes or special programs outside of standard operating hours, provided at least one week’s advance notice is given. A member of the Simulation Team must be on site for all training and simulation activities.

To promote clear communication and efficient scheduling, the Simulation Lab maintains a public calendar that displays room usage and upcoming activities. Faculty, staff, and students can view scheduled classes, skills sessions, standardized patient encounters, interprofessional simulations, and other events. Regularly checking the calendar helps ensure transparency, prevents scheduling conflicts, and supports coordinated use of simulation resources across all programs.
