Whether you're connecting with a fellow researcher, scheduling interviews with study participants, or coordinating with grant partners, Teams Calling offers a professional and convenient alternative to traditional office phones.

• Calls to/from People on Teams: Teams is already set up to enable direct calling between Teams users at Temple and other institutions using Teams.

• Calls using Your Temple Phone Number: Your Temple phone number can be configured to ring in Teams, so you can receive and make external calls using your office number, even while working remotely. This is particularly helpful when maintaining privacy or a consistent point of contact for research participants or collaborators.

By using Teams Calling, you can stay connected without needing a physical desk phone—ideal for researchers working off-campus or in the field. Voicemails left on your Temple number can also be configured to arrive as audio files in your email inbox for easy access.
