  • There is a computer on campus that you want to remotely connect to from another computer
  • You do NOT need to remotely connect to a server

Non-HIPAA VPN

  • You are NOT on the HIPAA network
  • You need to remotely connect to a server
  • You need to map a network share without a full remote desktop connection
  • Your only work computer is a laptop and you take it with you

HIPAA VPN - Mac

  • You are on the HIPAA network and initiating the VPN connection from a Mac computer
  • You need to remotely connect to a server
  • You need to map a network share without a full remote desktop connection
  • Your only work computer is a laptop and you take it with you
