Simulation Lab Requests
Use this form to request space, manikins, and resources in the College of Public Health’s Interprofessional Simulation Center. Please submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance (subject to change) to allow for scheduling and preparation. All submissions will be reviewed to ensure equitable access across departments. If additional information is needed, a member from our team will reach out to discuss the request and gather more information.
After your session is scheduled, we’ll meet with you to review logistics, learning objectives, and goals. We highly recommend visiting the space in person—the experience is very different from imagining how your class will unfold.
