Arrie A. Bateman III, BS, CHSE, CHSOS - Manager, Simulation LaboratoryManager

The Manager supports the operational, logistical, and technical coordination of the simulationSimulation lab.Center. This role works closely with the Assistant Director on planning, scheduling, and follow-up. Responsibilities include managing calendars and complex meeting logistics, preparing agendas, minutes, reports, budgets, and organizational materials, and maintaining statistics on lab use and learners served. The Manager also handles labcommunications communicationsfrom the Simulation Center and serves as a point of contact with faculty, administration, IT, vendors, community partners, and external organizations. On the technical side, this role provides faculty support and training on simulation equipment and recording systems,systems; assists with the implementation and ongoing support of the SIMStation recording system,system; helps manage access and security with IT,IT; supports equipment purchasing decisions,decisions; and maintains documentation for equipment upkeep and repairs.

Cory D. Bullock, BS, EMT-P - Assistant Director, Simulation LaboratoryDirector

The Assistant Director oversees the administrative and personnel functions of the IPE Simulation Lab.Center. This role manages purchasing, inventory systems, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance contracts. The Assistant Director oversees simulation lab employees, student workers, and simulated participants, and supports the front desk and day-to-day laboperations operations.of the Simulation Center. This role also handles budgeting support, course fee tracking, pricingpricing, and contracts for external users,users; policy and labSimulation Center manual updates,updates; and coordination with the Dean’s Office foron facilities, housekeeping, and safety needs.
