Using Poll Everywhere as a Student

What is Poll Everywhere?
Poll Everywhere is a tool your instructor may use during class to ask live questions. You’ll respond using your phone, laptop, or another device, and answers can be displayed in real time.

How to Access Poll Everywhere:

  • In Canvas: Open your course and click Poll Everywhere in the left menu.

  • In TUPortal: Look under TUApplications and click Poll Everywhere.
    Log in with your Temple account when prompted.

Question Types You Might See:

  • Multiple Choice

  • Open-Ended

  • Word Cloud

  • Clickable Image

  • Ranking

  • Competitions (quizzes with leaderboards)
