Teams Calling for Mobile

Add the Teams Application on your phone to get started

1. Go to the app store or Google Play store and search for Microsoft Teams
2. Click onComplete the Getapp buttoninstallation andprocess then follow the promptssteps below to installsign thein appand make phone calls

Sign into your Temple Account

1. Open the Microsoft Teams app and enter your Temple accessnet@temple.edu email address in the "Enter email or phone" box
2. Tap Next
3. Now you will see the Temple login page. Login with your Temple accessnet and password
4. Follow the Duo instructions for 2-step verification
5. The app may ask for permission to send notifications, access the microphone, etc.

Ways to make a Teams call

1. From a chat conversation:
   1. Tap on a chat conversation for the person you would like to call
   2. Tap on the phone icon in the upper right corner
   3. Tap on Call
2. From the calls area:
   1. Tap on "More" in the bottom right corner of the app
   2. Tap on "Calls"
   3. Tap on the +phone icon
      1. Here, you can dial a phone number
      2. Or, tap on"People" and type in a name. Then tap on the phone icon next to their name.
