Updating an Existing CPH PowerPoint
Marketing Toolkit
Step 1: Update the First Slide
Click Slide 1.
Go to:
Design → Format Background → Picture or Texture Fill → Insert
Choose the new CPH Title Slide Background image (see below for background images).
Step 2: Select the Remaining Slides, if using same layout
Click Slide 2.
Scroll to the last slide.
Hold Shift and click the last slide, or the last slide that uses the same layout.
This will select all remaining slides.
Step 3: Add the New CPH Background
Go to:
Design → Format Background → Picture or Texture Fill → Insert
Choose the new CPH Standard Slide Background image.
The selected slides will now use the updated CPH design.
Step 4: Review and Save
Quickly review the presentation to make sure the text and images still look correct.
Save the updated presentation.
